Returns & Refunds

Because every record is custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your record arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@noteandneedle.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll press and ship a replacement at no cost.

If there's an error on our end (wrong song, wrong image), we'll remake your record for free.
